Unlimited Monthly Adult Fitness and Performance Training
Train as often as you'd like for one monthly fee - $99! Group classes of 8 to 10 adults per coach encourage individuals seeking improvement in fitness levels, strength, conditioning and core strength development. Highlights include:
- Individual and team/competitive drills and activities to build strength, speed and endurance in a non-judgmental atmosphere;
- Classes are grouped by performance level, and not by artificial distinctions of age and gender;
- Focus on specific functional achievements, including speed, strength, endurance, agility, joint flexibility, injury prevention, all within the foundation of the Optimal Performance Training (OPT) methodology of the National Academy of Sports Medicine
- Feel better, look better and prevent injury for a lifetime of better health!
- *Choosing a preferred time only allows for staff scheduling, and other times may be selected to meet or supplement individual schedules.
