Youth Programs

Youth ProgramsKids from ages 5-18 benefit from SportXcel's youth programs. Designed specifically to meet the physical conditioning needs of K-12 students and for children at varying stages of development.

SportXcel programs utilize activities that promote agility, flexibility, endurance, coordination and strength development. Highlights include:

  • Small group classes, or classroom groups, that support a fun, socially interactive experience
  • Highly educated and extensively certified SportXcel coaching staff for all children
  • Performance tracking and reporting; pre-testing and ongoing monitoring of student fitness development
  • Programs developed in association with the National Academy of Sports Medicine to meet criteria established by the President's Council on Physical Fitness and the Fitnessgram/Activitygram program
  • Individual and small group activities in a fun atmosphere both indoors and outdoors
  • Age-appropriate instruction from ages 5-18
  • Skill development that maximizes injury prevention

    SportXcel also can customize training programs to meet the needs of youth and prep sports teams, elite student athletes, individual athletes and small family groups. All programs include a focus on science-based programs and the coaching of NASM-certified staff.
